Always a nice stay, convenient for Disneyland. This was a quick one night stay but always my go to spot for a Disney trip. It’s maybe a little more expensive than some other places but the connivence and clean comfortable rooms make it worth it. I’ll be back for sure.

Nice hotel

The hotel is beautiful convenient because it has a shuttle ($7 per person for the day) to Disney/downtown Disney. There’s a Starbucks in the hotel and it’s clean and updated. However, I ended up paying a lot more than what I was expecting as I had paid the room in advance. When I arrived they charged $29deposit which they ended up keeping since they add a resort fee and $35 per night to self-park, it’s ridiculous. Those fees should have been charged up front and they should highlight that when booking. I would have not booked this hotel if I had known about all the additional fees.

Clean spacious rooms, rates are extremely fair for the amenities provided in room and throughout hotel. All staff members are knowledgeable and courteous! You will not find staff that can’t address your needs and or concerns. Convenient Shuttle times to and from Disneyland. I’ve always stayed at hiltons, never again I am a Hyatt member from here on out.
