The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our family of 7. One disappointment was that we requested a crib and upon arrival found out they don’t have actual cribs, but a Pack/Play only. We had planned to use the crib mattress for our 4-yr-old to sleep on the floor. We purchased an air bed from Target that did work, but not what we expected. The shuttle drivers were wonderful! Friendly and on time.

Everything was wonderful except the parking. There was no parking available and had to park in the hotel next door they validate but it was inconvenient. The walk was too much especially when you have little ones.

All employees were very kind and helpful. They were very accommodating with timing issues with checking in and out, They even let people eat breakfast past the cutoff. I would absolutely stay there again. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room which was very reasonably priced for 7 of us!

We loved that the suites had bedrooms, a full kitchen & more than one bathroom. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the hot tub and basketball court. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t actually heated. The convenience of being near the Target and lots of restaurants was also a bonus.

Amazing stay for our annual family trip to Disneyland! Our group of 5 adults was perfectly comfortable in the 2 room suite, and breakfast was a yummy start to our two jam packed days. Loved all the Disney touches around the property! Arihia was genuine and kind at the front desk, the breakfast attendants were friendly and efficient. See you next year!
