Clean and quiet room. Kenny was great and make sure we are okay everyday. Location was great.

The Hote's location is very good. Walking distance from some bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and beautiful. There is however is problem with the water system of the hotel. We stayed in Room 808 and the sound of running water through the pipes were so loud, that they had to move us at 04:00 in the morning to another room, because we could not tolerate the sound anymore. We were moved to room 812. Although we could still hear the water running through the pipes, it was not as loud when you closed the bathroom door. The buffet breakfast was very good, but it would have been nice if the waiter informed us of the menu where we could also order from. I would stay there again just on a different floor.

We stayed here from March 14 th to March 22. We booked 2 rooms and the stay was awesome. It was right at the city center. The staff was so attentive and very courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was awesome.

An absolute gem of a hotel staffed by a polite, friendly, and very warm, professional staff. This is the place you should stay for your next trip to Cape Town. Very quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent gym.
