Great location outside Yellowstone. We loved being on the river, seeing elk walking around, and being able to walk across the street for pizza. A highlight for the kids was the smores kits at the outdoor fire, pool, hot tub and game room.

Check-in was simple and they provided us with a reusable Yellowstone souvenir water bottle which came in handy theoughout our trip. The coffee in the lobby was always available and a welcome refreshment. They offered s'mores nightly around the firepit. The view was stunning and most mornings, there were elk grazing on the property. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff there is really kind and helpful. They provided complimentary s'more kit, washing detergent and dryer sheets, which is so awesome (in contrast with the hotel I am living in tonight in Victor, ID, they charged $4 each for washing and drying, and $2 for the detergent). But Expedia charged me around 20 dollars by helping us book it (from the receipt sent by the hotel). I would recommend to check the rate on Ridgeline Hotel's own website to compare these rates.

Really enjoyed our stay. Easy access into Yellowstone and a few restaurants dotted about town. Parking can get full quickly, but it didn't cause us to park miles away. Everything you need.

The Ridgeline Staff was great. They were helpful and friendly at front desk and housekeeping. We also appreciated the gathering space around the fireplace, easy parking, free laundry facilities. Bottled ice water upon arrival and loaner binoculars in the room was a nice touch.

We had a cabin with a rooftop deck. The views were gorgeous and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The fire pits in the courtyard at night were a great touch.

Beautiful location
Awesome location in Gardiner just outside Yellowstone. Best feature was the complimentary guest laundry, was nice not going home with dirty clothes! Beautiful location along the river too. Our room had a view of a brick wall, so don't have your heart set on seeing any views from your room!

I liked that the view from my balcony was not a street. Elk were grazing next to the hotel shortly after we arrived. Nice to include a walking stick and binoculars in the room for use. Outside seating area with fire pit was a nice touch. The North Entrance to Yellowstone was just around the corner!

A total disappointment. First off, the staff and the morning coffee were excellent. But honestly, the AC unit was the noisiest I have ever encountered. The bathroom needed a larger sink area. Poor layout. The grounds, with its promised scenic overlook was a parking lot. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast arrangement. Pitiful. A poor “budget hotel breakfast” buffet for $19. Sad. The place is a missed opportunity, not because of the staff, but by the folks who own and planned this facility. Sorry. Do not recommend.

The "mountain view" rooms are really a view of the cars in the parking lot with the mountain in the distance. I felt very deceived having rented a room for our 25th anniversary. It wasnt romantic in any way.
