A little disappointed with the accommodations. I guess we were expecting a little more. Rooms need updating. Shower gel and hair conditioner were almost empty. Toilet was hard to flush. Desk chair was broken. At a minimum, a free continental breakfast should be provided.

Nice hotel overlooking the river. Clean and comfy beds. Staff and front desk were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. Close to restaurants and stores in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Bit of a problem with getting rooms that I had paid for back in February. Once fixed, however, our friends were put in a room far from us and we somehow got a cabin. They could not arrange what we had reserved for us.

This property is old and run down. The soap holders in the shower were broken. The non slip strips in the tub were loose and sticking up. The tub drain was rusty. The ac unit did not work. The base of the door jambs were rusted. When they came to make the beds they didn’t even take out the trash or pick up the room. The receptionist was very arrogant and rude. They force you to pay a $15 amenities fee even if you didn’t want the amenities and it was never mentioned when booking. That’s just some of the issues. And on top of that they were way overpriced for what they offer. We travel all over the world and this is one of the worst properties we have ever stayed at. Also we were on the second floor and they don’t have an elevator. Reminds me of a $50 motel.

PROS: Friendly front staff. Bed was comfortable with newer bedding. Coffee in lobby for early departure. CONS: Room was very dated with very dirty/stained carpet. Wear your shoes. Our room looked NOTHING like the photos. Although room had AC it only worked on full blast and was located right next to the bed. We were exhausted so didn't ask to change rooms. But I wouldn't recommend thos place untill all rooms are updated. .
