Fantastic experience! It is a hidden gem in Dolomiti. I cannot go back to return!!

Really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were given a lovely large room that was cool in the city’s heat. The location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of lovely and good bars and restaurants in this area. Be warned the mosquitos move into the city in July and August, specifically near the canal. The hotel was undergoing some works when we where there so I am sure what was already very good, is about to be even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

My stay at Bernina was 10/10. My room was fantastic, I slept beautifully and it was so quiet. The location of the hotel was easy to find from the train station, and as a solo female traveler I felt safe in the area. *Igor at the front desk / reception was outstanding - helping me book a hair appt, advising me on transportation to and from a soccer game, and answering all of my Qs about my trip. I am so grateful to him for his help! (Igor if you read this, the AC Milan game was a success! (And no passport needed!)) Paolo and the man who worked reception at night were also very helpful. If I’m ever back in Milan I’ll be back:) 🙏😊

Lake access is key! Beautiful hotel all-around

The chef was very rude

Great hotel and location (round the corner from a Metro station) so can be at the Duomo in less than 15 minutes. Breakfast is decent and the snacks and drinks available through the day are a real bonus. Room itself was large (we had a balcony too although not private as it runs along the whole of the building). Good quality furnishings, decor etc… Issue with the room not being serviced when requested was the only blemish.
