Hotel excelente, equipe atenciosa, culinária ótima, ambiente calmos e bem cuidados. Está localizado em meio a mata atlântica, com uma vista agradável. As piscinas são bem cuidadas e de bom tamanho. Excelente local para descansar.

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, o que não gostamos foram as restrições referente ao pet, nem na recepção é permitido, custo alto na diária do pet R$ 175,00 a diária, mesmo tendo uma área externa no restaurante não foi permitido, o nosso pet não fica sozinho no chalé, inclusive ele quase não anda tem um carrinho de transporte, após conversar com a gerente ela disponibilizou um funcionário para fazer companhia de nosso cão, na área externa da recepção, enquanto fazíamos as refeições. Refeições boas (café da manhã, almoço, café da tarde e jantar), o que deixou a desejar foi o preparo das carnes bovina. A propriedade é muito bem cuidada, belos jardins, chalé excelente e bem aconchegante.
