I did not like the fact that they charge you for parking.But there's no security for the alternate parking lots that are in the back of the hotel. I also thought the cost for breakfast was a little high. Especially since there are limited fruit or healthier options in that cost. A few bananas would have been an easy fix.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The washroom had a serious flushing problem. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heat. Overall, the maintenance and comfort level of the hotel were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here until these basic issues are properly addressed. I checked in around mid night and they gave me parking 3 to park but in the morning that parking lot filled by the construction cars, my car got scratch as well.

Never again!

We arrived at 3:30 and the room was not ready. I understand that check in is at 4:00. We left the property and came back at 5:30. When we arrived we were given an extremely small room, there was a very unpleasant odour, stains on the carpet in numerous places in the room and windows were filthy. The room was so small I doubt there was two feet between the bed and dresser. We were extremely disappointed considering we paid $333.28 for the night. Definitely not the room we selected online and paid for. They could not change us rooms as the hotel was full. We then wanted to change hotels and they would not honour the change as per their cancellation policy. As it was a long weekend I know prices are inflated but this was beyond belief price gouging for the room we received. Never again!
