Ok stay

Upon arriving from out of town we were anxious to check in and arrived just after 3:00, when inquiring if we could check in we were told no we couldn’t by a female staff we had to wait until 4:00. So we brought everything in only to witness the male check in two clients. So I asked if we could check in and he said sure you can. He was so pleasant and ensured we had the room we wanted (not a corner room) and even froze our ice packs overnight. He is a great host and was very hospitable. I do have a mysterious charge for $6.95 on my card with the name of the restaurant. We only used it for 2 breakfast. What is that for? We did not purchase anything else. The washrooms in the rooms could use a bit of an update the flooring is quite chipped.

Our stay was wonderful. The museum was across from us and Ottawa at walking distance. We had a blast and can’t wait to return. The people are nice, friendly and kind. It seems as though we booked during the perfect time as there were many events happening simultaneously.

The hotel is clean but for the money it does not worth. For breakfast and parking you should pay seperately . The beds are small for two adults i really could not sleep well . No microwave in the room. The bathtub was cloged and water went down super slowly that is very very anoying. I will not choose this hotel any more. (Room 401)

Great hotel

We had a quick overnight stay in Ottawa and decided to stay in Gatineau based on location. Area was super quiet for a Friday. Hotel itself was what we needed and the king room was extremely large. Only downfall for us was that we had an adjoining room and we could hear everything through the door (but didnt affect our stay). Restaurant looked nice but we didn't make use of it. Service at check-in desk was efficient and we would stay again
