We stayed at the hotel and the check in was terrible . We were given a room at 3rd floor . We entered the room and saw that beds were not made . There was a used cup of coffee and hairs in washroom . Basically it was a used room given to us , then we came down and complained about our check in . The receptionist was also confused about the room , but she was helpful and gave other room to us which was clean and beds were made . Secondly the pool was good but not enjoyed stay that much .

Breakfast good but lacked variety,laundry appliances dirty and dryer inefficient, had to hang clothes to dry in room, notified staff and front desk of room safe not functioning properly,one person managed to make it work for a day,but never functioned afterwards, notified staff and front desk x3, nothing done.Staff rarely mopped floors in room when asked as dust and hair on floors remained. Notified front desk of other issues such as broken chain of day shade, hole in caulking in shower with presence of mold when checked with Q-tip.
