Beautiful rooms. Our only issue was the noise. The room above us was up until about 2am, not being overly noisy so not complaint worthy, but we could hear everything, keeping us up most of the night. Every time they moved their chairs it sounded like our ceiling was going to collapse. For a hotel, it is simply just not noise insulated enough.

Lovely fairly new modern-style very large units that have comfortable (but low to the ground) queen beds. Shower is open so modern to look at but causes a lot of splash. Had everything we needed, except tea bags which was strange because they had coffee. Couch not comfortable to sit in if wanting to relax but cool to look at. An upcharge to have the pull down bed unlocked and used which is also a bit strange. Safety: I felt safe however the curtains do not entirely cover the ceiling to floor windows in the main entrance/kitchen so anyone could have been looking in at me from the entrance area if they had wanted. No one man’s the desk overnight (after 9pm) so to pickup your room key you need to find the little shop on the Main Street that houses their reception and pickup an envelope with your name on it and take your key to a building around the corner to use. This practice is a bit sketchy as anyone is able to take the key and gain access to the unit prior to my arrival at night. There were about 10 keys in the box that hangs outside. No way to contact staff reliably after 9pm if there is a problem as it didn’t work for me before. It is a lovely building and large lovely room but a couple important issues I mentioned should be addressed for safety

Convenient to visit the town, parking was tight, had to use a public parking lot near the hotel. 3 electronic spaces which were not being used, wasn’t sure weather we could use one late at night.

I was a little confused at where to go to check in, as its an actual store. Just not what i was expecting. But it was easy! They even sent a text asking when they can expect you, and will answer any questions. Otherwise great place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants in town and a 10 min walk to the spa. Parking was easy! I would totally stay again.
