Our motel room was spacious, comfortable and clean! Although dated, we enjoyed our stay as it was in a great location for our event. The front desk staff was courteous & welcoming!

Room was okay. We stayed for 2 nights. First morning, they took our towels and didn’t give some new ones. Front desk not smilling at all, not very welcoming. Very expensive for what it was afterall

Front desk issues

We asked for more towels by phone and was told that we would get a call back from the front desk, they didn't return the call as promised, we didn't receive our towels tell the next day after we left for the wedding, so we were unable to shower before hand. ( We had to sponge bathe ourselves and our 2 toddlers). House keeper was excellent, and polite.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Ottawa. Great motel for the price. Staff are fully bilingual and quite friendly. Room was simple but very clean. Nice large flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit to the capital.

Great place to stay 👌 Staff very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to Ottawa city center and Les Promenades shopping center. Great eateries all around. I would definitely stay here again.

I would prefer that they had a Keurig coffee maker. I had brought a bunch of k-cups as I drink a lot of coffee but they only had 2 servings for 2 people.

The high rating of this motel is justified. This is a true gem! They just need to have peephole on the doors. Also, my bath tube seemed a bit clogged.
