The room.was comfy and clean. No complain at all. Good drive to Ottawa Center. Friendly staff, especially in the Breakfast Room, incl the Chef. You could feel they strive to please their guests. Service with a smile. Will be back for sure. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Staff was mean, breakfast was extremely disappointing and the room was ok but lighting was not great and at one point staff came in well we were gone took our towels and did not replace them and left the bathroom light on and for the rest of the trip the bathroom light was constantly flickering so I would not recommend
