We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and the room was only cleaned once, same as replacing the linens. That was very poor service and completely unexpected as we stayed there several times prior and were reasonably satisfied.

I booked a room with 2 Queen beds and got a room with 2 double bed and when i went to front desk, they didn't do anything to fix this situation. To assure I would have a good noght sleep on a bed that actually not to short for me. I was not aware that we have to pay for breakfast which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were disappointed mostly with the double beds

The building is older, but it is well kept. Our room was in great condition. Very clean. Bathroom was new and spotless. Very responsive staff. There were towels only for two people, but we just asked for more - no problem. I will definitely go back.

They were suppose to be bathrobes, microwave and a working desk in the room and there wasnt.... and i ask for more washcloths and towel and it was like i aske for the moon . The front desk staff was nice. But the cleaning staff not so much... the bed was really comfy though and we slept very well

Il y avait des rénovations dans l'hôtel, mais cela n'a aucunement posé problème autant pour le bruit que la propreté. La seule chose un peu négative, ce serait qu'on a pas eu de refile pour la café, on nous as dit qu'ils en ont manqué pour les chambres. Au moins le service à la clientèle était poli et courtois. Les lits étaient très confortable, je veux les mêmes oreiller pour chez moi.

Room did not feel prepared despite us having a reservation. Only 2 towels (we're a family of 4), one of the toilet seats not fastened properly, lamps unplugged, toilet paper almost empty not on holder, no ice machine on each floor - the only ice machine available was hidden in a stairway and did not function. The curtain were broken. Unimpressed with the details. The room was a great size and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, however, not much help otherwise. Location is great for getting around (near downtown Ottawa, quick access to highways, next door to casino ...) I would stay there again, but not with my family.
This photo upon arrival sums up our stay. Not prepared with NO attention to detail. Yes there is toilet paper, yes, you'll have a place to sleep ... but keep your expectations low. Bare minimum with a lot of room for improvement.
