Pros: The hotel is very new so its sharp and clean. The rooms are nice with good space. The location is very convenient and easy walk to the Parkway Cons: The hotel is loud. You can easily hear kids running on the floors above you. Standard hotel procedure is to put guests with kids on lower floors and guests without on upper floors. The staff here clearly do not understand this. When I contacted the staff to discuss this, there was no change. The front desk staff were friendly but not helpful. They were more interested in their phones. I was told when checking out that they would not print a receipt, Expedia would send this to me. Upon checking my emails from Expedia I found this was not the case and had to call back to the hotel to have this corrected. The staff member then did email my receipt. The breakfast is just average compared to the many Comfort Inn / Choice Hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast attendant was not friendly and also more concerned with her phone. Lastly the parking spaces are small even for a car. I mean ridiculously narrow. I'm sure it just met the minimal code for a parking space. Glad I had my car and not SUV., which I avoided parking next to. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I certainly will not on a return trip

Parking is tight
Very clean well kept hotel with inside pool. The only reason we wouldn’t return is because the parking is so tight. If you have a larger vehicle it may extend out and you may not be able to open the doors on one side. We eventually found a spot that would work for our average sized F150 pickup but I had to drop my wife off first and unload/load luggage in front of the hotel entrance. Also, they served brown gravy with the biscuits in the morning 😯 Otherwise the breakfast was good

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast a plus,nice big tv a plus. Beds were comfortable also. The people above us were kind of noisey but not the staffs fault. Definitely would stay there again.

Spacious clean rooms definitely recommend
Room was spacious and clean , bed was comfortable, a/c worked great . Staff was friendly . The free breakfast was great to have but wish it had a better selection. There are waffle makers which were great! Would definitely stay again , price was good too

This hotel is fairly new. You can see and smell it. But for a new hotel, there are two elevators but one is not working. It was out of order the whole time we were there and the remaining one is too slow. Lobby is big and that’s where the breakfast area is. A welcoming touch of lemon water in the lobby. There’s also a 24 hour access to coffee. Room is spacious and cold, ac was running good, nice firmed beds and pillows. My only complaint was the breakfast biscuits and eggs. Biscuits were hard as a rock and eggs were dry. But there were other options. There’s an Keurig, fridge and microwave in the room. Overall, I liked the place. A short distance walk from the main road. I recommend this place.

The property was super nice. It was very clean, of course partially because it was new, very quiet, and the staff were very friendly and respectful. I can’t really respond to the outside because the weather was awful!
