It was very nice and it was very clean. Though the man at check out /check-in was very low-key bearly spoke and was very subdued. We think he was listening to his earbuds. And basically did the motions to check us in.

For a new building, there were surprising issues. One of two elevators was out our entire stay. TV services were supposedly down part of the time, but we did not watch TV. Parking is problematic because the lots have been over-packed with small spaces that would not meet code in other states. A big truck or SUV in a spot can actually block everyone in the lot from coming/going (this happened a couple of times). We picked this place because of EV charging in the listing. That worked but there was an overpriced fee for charging (slow charging at a price higher than market rate for fast DC charging), and the staff did not regulate the two charger spots, so they often had gas cars parked in them when the lot was full. Lastly, I know this is Tennessee, but we did not appreciate that the lobby breakfast area had Fox News blasting the whole time we were there. Please let the guests who want MAGA propaganda watch it in their rooms and allow us a respite from that annoyance in common areas. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was what you would expect. Main town area is a bit of a walk, but nothing bad. Travel in groups if you are out past dark, as we saw bears around the property multiple times.

The hotel offered a great price, and the rooms were spacious and appeared new, which was a plus. However, we did notice that the walls were thin, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the sounds of water running through the pipes. Additionally, some noise from guests above us was a bit disruptive, even after we raised the issue with the front desk. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was a nice value, although the lobby area could benefit from more regular upkeep throughout the day to create a more inviting atmosphere. Overall, our stay could have been even better with a few improvements.

Very clean and modern looking.
Everything was awesome. My only complaint is the parking lot is so tight if you have a large suv I would not park in the lot. We ended up parking in the random lot across the drive with no issues.
