Super clean and neat space! Plentiful towels and nice sheets. Easy in and out process. I apologize for not seeing the check out email and I did leave a small amount of trash in the bin. So sorry. Dishes and coffee pot is all clean. Thank you for a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The place was awesome! The mattresses were a little rough to sleep on, but we loved this place! It had everything we needed and the most beautiful view!

Overall, our room in building A was great and updated. The other room we rented in building E looked exactly the same way the rooms did in 1990 literally. We were at the resort in 1990. Carpet was really dirty and whole room was worn. Not all Kitchen appliances worked

The condo has black scratches on the upper bedrokm walls from luggage, the spiral staircase needs to be painted, the bathroom vanity's fake wood was peeling off above the toliet paper holder, the wood area the bathroom mirror was scratched, the bathroom linen closest was dirty and gross. The kitchen waa old and needs updating. Stating this a luxury rental is a total misrepresentation. The screendoor attaches to the pool was falling apart. Overall, I would not suggest staying here. We ended up renting a hilton hotel in downtown Gatlinburg.

Nice area, view was awesome, shower was dirty, no extra blankets, it was cold at night and no way to change temperature, not allowed to use fireplace until November 1, only 3 washcloths for 3 people for 3 days.

I was amazed at this location for the price, absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains! The pool area was wonderful, it had the hot tub, dry sauna, steam room and pool that had the views of the mountains as well! Loved it!

The room was clean, and the checking process was smooth. The outside view of the property was also very good. We do have some suggestions: 1. The carpet is very old and need to be maintained as there were some damaged carpets near kitchen and dining room intersection. 2. The property lacked basic amenities that is expected salt and pepper were not available, utensils to boil water, coffee maker looked very old. The cups were very old and did not look very clean. The kitchen utensils definitely need an upgrade. 3. The property is located very far from any grocery store. The closest grocery store was about 10 miles away from the property.
