This hotel is newer and in pristine condition with stylish furniture and decor. Our two room suite was exceptional and accommodated our family of five perfectly. Beautiful and fun pool area with a slide, lazy river, and hot tub, outdoor seating - covered and some uncovered. Green space for cornhole, fire pits with adirondack chairs, lobby area to relax and enjoy drinks. Walkable to main Gatlinburg strip and quick drive to mountain trails. This was an ideal place to stay!

We had a very nice stay! Room was spacious with a sitting area and beds were comfortable. Two pool areas were perfect for children, and food service was available to where you were sitting outside. Free breakfast had hot and cold choices, and an evening reception with snacks and drinks was an added bonus. We would come back again.

The breakfast was real good the bar food was good restaurant prices and little pricey the I didn't like where you have to pay for parking each day you were there the bed wasn't too comfortable overall the place was beautiful

This is the absolute best vacation our family has had. Everyone and I mean everyone was so courteous! Very clean, and everything was so convenient. The room was amazing! Clean super soft bed. And our kids loved the pools. Staff is 5 star. This is the motel to stay at!

Such a nice hotel. Great amenities and close to the main strip to walk and shop. I will say the lady at the front desk that checked us in was not very pleasant. Other than that the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hotel!!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean! Everywhere you look is clean! The staff for the hotel are top notch! Super friendly and helpful. I think his name is Joseph (at the front desk) was very kind and helpful. The pool area is definitely worth the money. And the breakfast in the morning is outstanding

I don’t like they charge for parking they should put on website clearly we charge for parking and how much charge. I did not see it properly about the charges that is why I booked it there otherwise I would have booked it somewhere else. They really need to change it and put clearly we charge so much for room and we need money also for parking spots.
