The front desk service was great. They even let us know about delays in the traffic on the Parkway. The room was spacious and the hotel itself was beautiful. The only problem was that the lazy river pool was not working.

Such a beautiful and clean place. Staff was awesome at front desk. The bar staff..not so much. Had to wait to get waited on. She stayed in one area at the bar and folks had to go to her. No rhyme or reason. Folks were confused. Different process needs to be implemented.

The property itself was amazing! All staff was very nice and accommodating. The free continental break was very good and a lot of options! The only complaint is the bed and the pillows as nice as the property is you would think they would have top notch mattress and pillows as well but they did NOT that will be the only reason we will not stay there again.

Loved the resort on a whole BUT the main reason we picked this hotel was for the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Hot tub was warm and pool was frigid. It was really disappointing. We were there for 6 days and only saw one adult go in the pool. Lazy river temp was good. Stayed at a Dollywood resort first and temp was wonderful, would stay there for entire stay next time. Also no bureau in room that sleeps 6. It was a little challenging to stay organized. All staff were great and no issues with housekeeping. Breakfast was great.
