There are 3 buildings. Two very old and one nicer. I was put in the old building, lock on patio door was broke. TV didn't work, front door wouldn't open. When asked how do you get in the nicer building I was told you have to pay more. I paid over $100 a night for a one or two star. Don't believe the ratings for this hotel.

Location is great!
It was right in Gatlinburg and within walking distance to everything. We love the night life so if you want it quiet. You need to stay off the main road. But if you want to be by everything food, shopping and entertainment. This is the place for you. Bed is comfortable and showers are great! Definitely good water pressure. Could use more comfortable pillows. Would stay here again.

Older property but the bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. Directly across from the convention center and walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops.

We were supposed to have 2 rooms with jacuzzi’s. Only one had a working jacuzzi. The other didn’t even have the button to turn it on. But even after that the shower/tub was so filthy I wouldn’t allow my children to sit in it. The cable and tv didn’t work. After a 12, no one answers the phone at the front desk. The rooms were nasty. The only nice thing about the hotel is the location and convenience of walking everywhere
