Checking in was smooth. However, upon entering the room there was a musky smell. Its a typical room to stay and sleep. There's a fridge and microwave, which is great because i went to the grocery store for food. So dont except it to be top notch. The bedside lamps did not have light bulbs. I addressed to the lady at the front and nothing was done during our stay there. I ended up using the bathroom light for more light. Its a 10 min walk to gatlinburg which was GREAT. Trust me, just walk, dont drive your car downtown. You'll end up paying $20-25 for parking.

Weekend away

I was placed at the far end of the building from the office. (Not a big deal) The WiFi was weak at that distance and kept going in and out and the remote for the TV didn't work. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and the room was clean. For the price it was sufficient.

I was very disappointed in this property. I read all the reviews and thought it was going to be great. We really just needed a place to lay our head for the night. The cleaning solution smell was so strong it nearly made me sick. The bathroom was gross. The tub was disgusting. There were many areas with dirt built up in the corners. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The pillows were horrible like sheets of paper and the mattresses were not good. I wanted it to be nice, but I just can’t say I would stay here ever again.

I liked the price. Be prepared to walk. There is a tram you can catch pretty close. It was clean and quite. Downtown Gatlinburg has gotten a bit too crowded for us. The boom super loud music drivers were obnoxious and disrespectful. Might visit again in off season.
