Room was not clean and smelled of mold. Way overpriced for product. If you’re going to stay in Gatlinburg, stay in the center of town. Way more convenient and less expensive than this place.

Outstanding property for the price we paid. Balcony overlooking river was highlight. Really convenient to everything. The only negative was the street noise at night was more than I would have hoped as I am a light sleeper.

This property is nice and clean ! Housekeeping does a GREAT JOB ! The room was spacious and updated ! The beds were awesome and the balcony is a nice relaxing spot in the mornings! And the coaster across the street is fun too !

The rooms were clean and whomever came to tidy up each day was the best! It’s an older building but well maintained. It is noisy only because it’s so close to the road but the view of the river off the balcony is great! The man at the front desk was hard to understand, impatient and rude when I was signing paperwork but luckily we only had one interaction with him so the stay was great. I would stay here again.
