Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. People smoke in the elevator even when there were signs up. For someone who is allergic to smoke it wasn’t pleasant.

The second I walked in the lobby had a very bad, musty smell. The lady at the counter was nice, but I should've seen the red flags when she was wearing a bucket hat and a spongebob sweatshirt. We got to our room and instantly got hit with another foul smell and saw quickly the condition of the room. We checked the bed and under the covers of the bed had a whole bunch of stray hairs and dirt and the AC unit wasn't working and face of the unit itself fell off. We spent no more than 15 minutes in the room before we decided to go stay somewhere else. I would highly recommend spending the extra money for a nicer place elsewhere.

Property was okay for the $$. We left our cabin rental early due to severe weather in the mountains. This hotel served its purpose for a night. Note to owners: I fell going down the outside stairs going to breakfast. Please put some kind of stripping on the stairs to make them less slippery when raining.

Never cleaned the room until the last day but woke us up every morning calling asking if we wanted the room cleaned and we told them yes and every time we talked to them about it they just brushed us off

Bugs in the room, there was no parking at all staff told us there’s nothing they can do about there being no parking so had to park across the street in a parking lot. Dump trucks and work vans took up 6 spaces where guest should have been able to park. Rooms were not clean there was hair still in the sink. Very poor hotel!

The carpet was dirty. A damp bath cloth rubbed on the carpet was dark brown from dirt. House shoes are a must have here. rotted trim work on bathroom doorway at floor. squeaky air conditioner that has lint and dirt all over the blower fan. hot water in tub when turned off is still a small stream. lots of stains and chips on trim molding. I have pictures of all if you would like them.
