Our room was not clean. The shower had hair still in it. There was holes in the walls and tags still in the bathroom floor from the people before us. The mirror was smudged in the room.

The staff was rude and condescending. The hotel is in dire need of remodeling. i.e. carpets torn, walls scratched, furniture damaged. I was extremely disappointed in my experience at this hotel.

Great for the price
This is not the first time that we have stayed in this hotel. There was a mix-up with our room to begin with that was handled promptly by staff. The only issue with the stay was the bathroom. There was quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and there was no mat or strips in the tub and it was very slick. There were some stains on the bedding, but otherwise very clean. Will stay again!

It seems the room are not clean well, dusty, their was a lot of spider webs in the balcony, I believe they’re also inside the room. The pool is horrible, it had mold and it was dirty. Beside that staff was great and friendly.

The tv is satellite and is very glitchy. Can’t watch anything without being frustrated. Roof leak during a rain storm. Chair in the room was wet as well as our stuff on the chair. Staff was very nonchalant about it and stated they would make a note. Asked about a refund and was told they wouldn’t be doing anything like that. Probably won’t stay here again.

Just average, but close to the interstate. Bathroom vanity was very small and the floor in the room was laminate and not the cleanest but you get what you pay for! Bed was pretty comfortable and a/c worked great.
