Location, convenience, clean, and economical
Accommodating staff. Room was clean and well presented. Needed more hangers as only two were provided. Bathroom was nice but needed a shelf/trays for the soap and shampoo. Pillows could’ve been larger. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good rates at a site that's easily accessible from the interstate. Having a balcony was a nice surprise, though my view was pretty much just the buc-ee's sign.

Not clean and no solution offered for it.
Checked into our room and my husband always does a check for bed bugs. While the room was clear for that, the beds hadn’t been cleaned underneath, the floors had not been mopped, light fixtures, appliances, and tub were dirty. When informing the front desk, they said we could talk to the manager tomorrow. No offer to clean the room again or move to other room was offered.Completely unacceptable.

Disappointing stay!
Worst Best Western experience I’ve had! Most are good, safe stays. This one falls way short on customer service, safety, and health concerns for customers. Broken door locks and black scum in waffle batter. Desk clerk not suited for dealing with customers. Rooms were clean and a good location but other issues will make it my last stay with them.

Good for 1 night stay. Carpet in the hallway could be replaced. Exit door on 1st floor lock is broken and anyone can walk-in. This should be addressed quickly as this could be a safety concern.

The carpets in the hallways were awful, stains everywhere! The exterior was fine, and appeared to have been updated somewhat recently. The interior needs a lot of work. It should also be noted that the cleaning staff needs some adjustment too as there was no toiletries including paper in our bathroom. Would assume that would be basic thing to check but here we are.

Stayed a total of 11 hours. Dimly lit room with one window facing a rocky ledge. Bed linens and pillows low quality. Room had a very odd smell. Entire place is run down. Carpets in room and hallways are awful. Complimentary breakfast was bad.
