We had a pleasant visit. Front desk was just business. I had to ask about several things and I still haven’t received my receipt to see if I was charged correctly. He said it would be sent to my email and normally it arrives right after I check out.

Great hotel but annoying noise.

clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. We had not stayed at Inn at Apple Valley for about 5 years. The noise from the Street Rods were very upsetting to us from late afternoon until approximately 2 am. Local officials will need to address this or it will definitely impact senior visitors.

It is a great location, but my room had a few issues as far as cleanliness. There were orange spots in the sink that at first I thought were stains but they bled off as I washed my hands. There is a towel rack in the bathroom that is covered in cobwebs and rust. There is black grit along the side of the bathtub. Just not what I expected for the price. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic though! Very friendly.

This is now my favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. It smelled so good when you walk in the front doors. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. With a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, the fire pit. There were plenty of ways to enjoy yourself at the hotel. This was the cleanest and most well kept room and bathroom I have ever stayed in anywhere. Only 12 minutes from Dollywood and plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I will only stay at the Inn at Apple Valley when I return to this area. Thanks for a wonderful palace to enjoy my anniversary weekend.
