My room was clean and the hotel was nice. The only problem was the TV in my room. I have stayed at this property twice in two months in two different rooms and both times the TV picture would freeze. I reported it to the front desk and they were unable to fix the problem.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The only thing we would've changed is the bed wasnt that comfortable, and the pillows were really flat, oh and also the water pressure wasn't that good. All of the staff members that we met were all so nice, so all in all we would stay there again.

This is the only place we will stay in Gatlinburg because it is so nice! We love to get the corner rooms that have a nice balcony with a view of downtown and the mountains.
