Will definitely be staying here again. And we got a chance to see a bear on the property running around everyone was excited taking photos. Housekeeping services were amazing as well as the breakfast.!!!!

I stayed in a room with a jet tub and a fireplace. The tub and fireplace were amazing. The king bed was really comfortable too! However, the room and the hotel as a whole are interesting. Many things have been renovated and are brand new, like the furniture, bathroom sinks and mirrors, tiled floors and carpets. Other things are old and outdated, like the showers, toilets, A/Cs and TVs. Over all, this was not a bad stay for the price, especially considering you're right in downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay here again.

Definitely recommend
The room was roomy, comfortable, pretty well maintained, comfortable bed, my wife requested extra pillows and they were quickly supplied, reasonably priced, trolly stop close by (purple route), eateries close by, right on the parkway, don't leave food in your vehicle as bears might break in which i was told can be a problem at any of the hotel's in town. We had a hreat and comfortable time and didn't break the bank. We didn't swim but they have a nice moderately sized pool for adults and wading pool for kids.

Good place at reasonable price
The room was nice; large & updated; comfortable beds & clean. However outside noises were loud; we kept the fan on constant to help drown them out while we slept. Also, our room was directly below the breakfast room, so there was no sleeping late as you could here the chairs moving on the hard floor above.

We would say the best part about this hotel is how close it is to the strip, we walked to everything and right down the street was a great coffee shop. The only time we ever drove was for pigeon forge or Dollywood. Free breakfast wasn’t bad. The worst thing we’d have to complain about is the floors. You walk barefoot and your feet turn black, but other than that we had a great experience.

The room we had was supposed to be a handicap accessible room and it was definitely not. There was a full bathtub and no grab bars for the toilet. We were unable to use the shower due to it being in a tub and difficult to maneuver around the bathroom.

Don’t expect much here
Super over priced for a dirty hotel that doesn’t get much maintenance, maybe my standards are a bit high but I expected a lot nicer of a place for almost $300 a night. Room came with a jacuzzi, had to clean it 4-5 times prior to using it. Internet is TERRIBLE also, so if you plan on doing work from here Think again

Convenient location. The staff was very nice. We liked being able to walk Gatlinburg and not have to move our car. Our only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very minimal.... maybe update the tub/shower? However, loved the big lighted mirror! King sized bed was comfortable too.

Bear on property X 2-3, but we were warned. First part of stay room was clean and coffee restocked, last 2 days had to go to office to get restocks. Overall pretty decent property for price.

Property was in close walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was nothing but nice at check in and check out. Do keep in mind, due to being close to main area it can be a little noisy at night. This wasn't an issue to us but for traveling families looking to sleep, it may be. The room was clean and exacgtly what was expected. We stayed in the loft option with a fireplace and jetted tub. The staff called prior to check in to ask if we would like the fireplace running upon arrival, which we thought was a nice gesture.
