Staff was really nice and helpful. Lady at the front desk was able to accommodate us and change rooms. Everything was good. Room was clean but smelled like old carpet. Breakfast was ok. Definitely appreciate helpfulness of all staff there. Really appreciated a call confirming stay prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our stay and it was kid friendly. Walkable to all the dining and shopping options close by. Kids enjoyed time at the pool after a long day of walking. Parking was a bit tight but we were able to get a parking spot every day.

Overall the stay was okay. The ceiling of our room does have some issues of stains and also the paint was peeling off too. The ac did give off a bit of a musty smell which was a bit annoying and the toilet was outdated. The bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the service of changing our sheets and replacing the trash bags daily.

Check in was a breeze…the room was spacious and clean, and they even cleaned our room while we were out, which is something a lot of hotels aren’t doing anymore…had a good variety for breakfast and staff was very nice…we even saw a bear wandering the send floor balcony…I’d stay here again

A Beaty good stay

Even though this hotel is a bit dated, it's always a great place to stay. Daily wildlife visits were a plus. Easily walking distance to the main entertainment area.

We liked that it was clean and staff was friendly, alot of the attractions where within walking distance, specially the Hillbilly Golf, our 10 years old twin grandchildren love going here. This was our second time staying at Crossroad Inn, we stayed two years ago and just days ago, this will be were we stay when we come back aging.Thanks for making this place our favorite.

Front desk and cleaning staff were great, breakfast staff were just hanging around and chit chatting. The breakfast food is poor at best. The hotel is in a great location, clean and modern rooms, nicely sized too. The price is fair, especially for the location. We will stay here again, just eat breakfast somewhere else.

The people at the front desk and the maids were very friendly. The room seemed clean but old. The carpet was dirty looking. I don’t know why hotels don’t just use tile. The room smelled funny, but I believe it was the cleaner that they use. The location was very convenient for us to walk the strip down and back.
