We had a fantastic stay. The room was great! We booked the king with the jetted tub and fireplace. It was so nice coming back to the hotel at night and ending our action packed day soaking in the tub. We will definitely be back

We have stayed here before. The facility is ran way down. The bathroom was missing the molding aroound the sink. Looked like mold behind the door. The shower head had hard water and rust on it. The bed was uncomfortable. The vending machines on the hotel property were all down. Do not plan to stay a third time.

I was disappointed…

The room we were shown was already occupied by someone else. We then had to move to another room. the dryer in the laundry room was broken and could not be used. Because of the innovation of the breakfast room ,they gave us just pastries. If we got the information before , we never would choose this hotel.

Good location. It was walkable to other nearby attractions and so helped us by not having to drive and find parking. Rooms were a good size. Our room was near the stairs and could see some people smoking outside. Other than that, it was a hood experience for us.

Winter Vacatuon

The room was large with a gas fireplace. The furniture was not comfortable but the bed was nice and we slept well. The room was clean and somewhat updated. Very quiet, location was ok but a bit north of most of the downtown restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location and walkable to the main attractions on gatlinburg.. Is not the same in person what you see on the photos online, so be ready for the real life . The breakfast supposedly is included but there is a remodeling going on now so no breakfast…. Just some snacks at the lobby that’s all.. I think a little expensive for what they offer.
