Room was very clean and comfortable. Sheets crisp. Check-in quick. Attendant was friendly and accommodating. Went for breakfast. Was told it wasn’t served until 7 a.m. although it was 6:58.

Service at check in was a bit grumpy. Had issue with person in next room smoking in front of our door and it seeping into room, so that was gross. Otherwise it was just fine.

The continental breakfast was good and always lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the tapping and knocking sounds from the plumbing pipes above us, and in the wall, when the guests above us used their shower. It was very loud. Also, the sink in our room drained very slow and our toilet started flushing slow. Maintenance did come at the end of the day to take care of it. We would stay there again.

You can tell rooms have gotten some updates recently but our room had some issues (very cold bathroom, no toilet paper upon arrival or location to hold). Bed was great and very convenient location. Breakfast is small but waffles are great. Very good spot, would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint I would have is the showers needed to be cleaned and removed of hair at the top. Our sheet looked like it had makeup on it and 1 towel looked used when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a huge smell of "funny cigarette" close by. Few people were intoxicated outside the hotel early in the morning that were staying there, BUT front office helped with this.
