I had to switch rooms due to the water being turned off. I was upgraded to a bigger room, yet the condition of the room was very poor. There is no seal letting in light and sound. around the door and the door was able to be opened without a keycard. I was also woken up at 5am by the garbage truck collecting trash from the restaurant literally 20 feet from my room.

The hot water did not work in the building and the power went out multiple times. The toilet was not fixed to the floor and wobbled.

Extremely dated but isnt the worst option
The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. They upgraded us to a different room. The room was clean, but extremely dated and needing repair the building is very old and needing a major update. For the price we paid i would have expected more. The breakfast was a good basic milk, juice? Coffee and dried cereal and breads

Great location at the beginning of the town! Everything was close by. Same breakfast to go every day. One night manager was not nice as he would not turn on water fountain to fill a water bottle.

Our stay was mediocre. The rooms were clean but the elevator and other areas around the property could use some TLC and deep cleaning. I was unable to wash my hair during our stay as my hair is down to my butt and thick; unfortunately, the water pressure didn’t support washing hair of that length and thickness. Also, the hot water was almost obsolete! The lack of hot water made for extremely uncomfortable showers. The fire alarm went off when we turned the heat on in our room. Other than that, it was okay. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I wasn’t overly thrilled but ultimately, we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. The room we had was very spacious, the huge garden jacuzzi tub was really nice however, I wasn’t able to use it due to the hot water issue. My husband used it 1x as it’s more convenient for him since he’s in a wheelchair. He wasn’t able to get his wheelchair into the bathroom though due to the doorway not being wide enough. Thankfully, he adapts well and was able to use the office chair on wheels in the room, transferred to that and then rolled into the bathroom!! Again, it served its purpose but being able to take a hot shower would’ve been nice!! It in on the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg so it was close to dining and shopping.

The property and rooms are in dire need of upgrading and haven’t paid that much for a room in the past that was that outdated however, we did sleep well in the comfortable bed and it served the purpose for the night.
