Bugs crawling in the bathroom, people slamming their room doors throughout the night, it was horrible. I was charged ten dollars for one hour check in fee. I have stayed here many times before, but this was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at this hotel. I would not recommend and I won’t be staying there ever again!

Not bad for the money

You can def tell the hotel has been refurbished however the floors on the second floor was uneven and made us a bit uneasy.

The place was okay. I felt safe and the people were very nice. However, the bathroom was not as clean as I prefer and there were a few fruit flies. The rest of the place was fairly clean but the property was in need of repairs. All in all, it was a good room for the price.

The employees were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was nice, but if you’re on a lower floor the elevators will likely be full before getting to you. They will hold luggage after 10am in case you get arrive before check in or fly out after check out. The location puts everything in easy walking distance. The room itself was nice, but very crammed. The walkway only allowed one person to move at a time, so be wary if you have more than 2 in a room. The blankets did have a few stains and one was partially torn. The a/c was finicky, as we would set it low and it would go back to 72 by morning. The system wouldn’t allow use to keep the fan on, so we had to keep turning it back on. Being able to open the window was a lifesaver, but didn’t lower the temperature by much. Overall a great place to stay and be near all the action.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Sure Stay. I had never heard of this chain but I will definitely look it up on my next trip. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and kind.

I chose the property for the positive reviews and the price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. We were there for two nights. When we came back from dinner on our first day, there was definitely an ant problem. I didn’t make a huge deal of it because of the time of year. We got some bug spray from the front desk and the ants were taken care of. On the second day when we got back to our room, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We hoped it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, there was another one in our bathroom the next morning. The front desk didn’t offer any solution or compensation. We will definitely find other accommodations next time.

The hotel appeared clean, the front desk employees never greeted me, when we walked into our room, there was a cockroach that was on the back of the door, and very much alive. I killed it. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom floor appeared to have water damage. The room looked clean though, and the refrigerator worked great. My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and as an athlete, she needs good sleep, but she had a really hard time sleeping on the bed because it was so hard and uncomfortable. We travel a lot for volleyball, and this was definitely one of the worst stays we had as far as comfort and just overall experiences.
