The Best Hotel Ever!!!! Me and my family was very pleased with our stay at this hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was so clean inside and outside, the rooms are great very comfortable made us feel like we were at home still we will definitely be back again!!!!!!

So nice on our arrival to have champagne glasses and Happy Anniversary card (50th) in our room! The hotel gave the feeling of staying in a classic older hotel with large rooms and wide hallways (which were nice and bright). Not sure when the last refurbishing was done but just looking in on the pool area, several splits in carpets need proper repair or recarpeting. Ceramic tile floor in bathroom was not very professionally done but of course, that is a minor observance. Fridge and icemaker very convenient. Beds comfortable and clean; loved balcony. Great location making easy to walk the main drag. Desk clerks friendly and professional, good breakfast and pleasant kitchen help. Parking/loading and unloading easy. I am retired property manager so tend to critique and notice details. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Decent place to stay
Overall this was a good hotel especially for the cost. The parking garage is so tight both height and parking spaces. I would choose a different hotel next time for this reason alone since we have a bigger vehicle rather than a compact car. Mountainside room has nothing to see, hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great stay!
Great Location! Easy to walk to everything on the main strip in Gatlinburg. There is also a trolley stop right outside of the Hotel. Free Breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony facing the pool and firepit. The indoor/outdoor pool was cold but had a slide and the kids loved it. I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs at night after busy days of exploring. We also enjoyed the beautiful fire pit. Would stay again.

We felt that the property was perfectly located to our favorite spots. The room was very clean. The a/c was incredible! The view was great from our balcony. We asked for extra towels and pillow cases and received them-no questions asked. Parking was great. The pool and hot tub area was slightly small but a very nice addition. We will definitely stay here again.

Beware of taking your big truck
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very pleasant throughout. The only drawback was the extremely tight parking garage, both the narrow spaces and the low ceilings. We were driving a minivan and found we could not open the rear hatch is certain spots and we had to choose between accessing the sliding side doors on left or right based on how close neighboring vehicles were. Regular doors were even more challenging. However, this was the only downside to our stay.
