I was only in Gatlinburg for the night, but this location was perfect to the downtown shopping area, the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Ample parking and easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great family vacation stay

Friendly and fast service. Clean rooms. Good water pressure in shower. Quiet rooms. Only area of improvement could be a better breakfast. Only fresh fruit was bananas. Eggs were powdered and rubbery. Overall, great stay for the price. Also, location was nice as just a short walk to the strip.

Check in was so quick and easy. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. We were initially just going to stay one night but were so pleased with the room we decided to stay for three more nights. Will stay again. Don’t have any reservations about staying here.
