Loved how close it was to the strip could walk to everything without having to find or pay for parking. Wish the pool water was warm but the hot tub was perfect. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable perfect for our group of 4

Never stay in this dump.

The building was a dump. Nothing about it was even close to the pictures and discripton that was advertised. The building is very old and dilapidated. It is located next to a rundown vacant building. The parking lot has no lighting and the building itself was very poorly lit. The sliding door to the outside wouldn't even lock. No was to secure the room.This building needs torn down. I cant believe they market this place as nice. It's an absolute dump. I came in late just for the night. Had I gotten there earlier in the day i would have refused the room and left. Ifbitbwould have been a multi night stay I would have refused it anyway. I cant beleive the city even lets them operate in its condition.

The website lied, they do not take American Express debit cards like the website says plus the website also said we would be getting a view. Well a view of another hotel is not a view in my opinion. The a.c and heat did not work right. The room was beautiful but that was about the only thing going for the hotel. We were supposed to get free wi-fi, pool, and other accommodations but we were not even close to it! It was down the block! The website never said anything about that either!

The floor was extremely dirty, plus we could not get room service, and there were no sheets provided for the pullout bed for my child to sleep on. Also, I was told at check in that I could get coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get it, I was rudely told by the clerk Sunday morning, that if I wanted coffee, I could get it in my room. Please don’t come in behind me and say you’re sorry, that you’ll do better.

Our family loved the way the condo was setup. My only complaint is that it took aroubd 30 minutes with the faucets running in bith bathrooms before our room had hot water. I called the front desk after 15 minutes and was told its an old building and takes while. I feel wheb you check in if its going to take 30 minutes you should be warned. Granted we were on the top floor and furthest from the center if the building. I work in a large, very old hospital on the 10th floor and our water takes maybe 10 minutes. If its longer than that you should warn your guests. After this, we had hot water on demand the rest of the stay. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and amenities and we would absolutely stay again!

We liked our stay but it was very loud! Kids out by the fire talking dirty with my little ones on hearing it. And waking my littles up early with horse playing near our front door. Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. Hope to be able to come back.
