Run down room. Beds were just okay. Not sure they were 100% clean. Nothing special but if you need a place in this prime area, it will work. I felt safe and it was quiet.

The floor was extremely dirty, plus we could not get room service, and there were no sheets provided for the pullout bed for my child to sleep on. Also, I was told at check in that I could get coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get it, I was rudely told by the clerk Sunday morning, that if I wanted coffee, I could get it in my room. Please don’t come in behind me and say you’re sorry, that you’ll do better.

First time in Gatlinburg for both of us, it was a blast, loved it all except the horrible congestion of traffic on the strip!

Our family loved the way the condo was setup. My only complaint is that it took aroubd 30 minutes with the faucets running in bith bathrooms before our room had hot water. I called the front desk after 15 minutes and was told its an old building and takes while. I feel wheb you check in if its going to take 30 minutes you should be warned. Granted we were on the top floor and furthest from the center if the building. I work in a large, very old hospital on the 10th floor and our water takes maybe 10 minutes. If its longer than that you should warn your guests. After this, we had hot water on demand the rest of the stay. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and amenities and we would absolutely stay again!

We liked our stay but it was very loud! Kids out by the fire talking dirty with my little ones on hearing it. And waking my littles up early with horse playing near our front door. Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. Hope to be able to come back.

Property overall was a bit strange. A two step check in process at a building not on site for the area I was staying was a strange way to start the trip. An under group parking garage with elevators that were some of the slowest I’ve experienced while traveling. Then walk into a room with no closet. No dresser. And worse of all no door on the bathroom. The bathroom also had for some reason a shower chair? And did not drain well at all. Over the room relatively clean but having a full set of dishes did not help when I had to leave my clothes in my bag or hanging on the door frame.

This was my first time staying at this resort and It was great. I booked for the valentines weekend and I’m not sure if the area was busy for that time but it was busy all weekend. Everyone was out and about and it was lively and enjoyable. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but the checkin staff was friendly and the room was great. I say all this to say that my stay was perfect.

Perfect for Scouting Groups needing to meet the sleeping standards for overnight arrangements. The 2 room suite allowed for 4 individuals to sleep in their own beds. There was a kitchen for preparing their own meals, and a living space perfect for chilling.
