We was here for 4 days. The elevator wasnt cleaned one time. The vending machine was broken. We didnt get the room we reserved. The room was clean but out dated. My fiance is 6"4 we originally had reservations for a studio with a queen bed. We had a full size bed. Didnt get much sleep. I would go back here if they updated the rooms and cleand a but more. Our room also had a broken drawer. But the prices were cheap so we delt with it.

There are only two outdoor grills and one was behind our hotel room. A loud and obnoxious guest used that grill while on the phone (speaker mind you) around 11pm until midnight cooking. Otherwise great stay and hope the new owners can continue the services but maybe move the grills or add more somewhere else?

Great value for a great stay

The staff informed us they had just purchased the property. They asked us to report any issues. The property was very nice. Great location. The property does need to be updated, but they already have that planned. Overall I would definitely book again tomorrow.

It was okay

Th room was really ran down but the bed was comfortable. The shower did not drain right. It was clean except the stains on the carpet. We stayed in the upper part of hotel, so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. We stayed out of the hotel most of the time. It was convenient to the main strip and we were able to take a trolley to get back up the hill to the hotel most of the time. The customer service was wonderful and the hotel is under new ownership and management so I’m sure they will fix it up to be a very nice place.

Absolutely the only complaint I have is the dryer takes a long time to dry even a small load. Room was very clean, no odor. No complaints towards the facility at all. Other guest is an issue. Parking deck is big and could easily accommodate every guest if some would not take up 2 and even 3 car spaces. Would def recommend this facility

I won’t lie when I say I was a little skeptical about proceeding with our stay only after reading google reviews. Expedia reviews were good/average and typical for hotel recommendations but google was terrifying. We still followed through given it was already too late for a refund, however, I was prepared to make changes upon arrival if necessary. Here’s what I’ll say: Check in: Overall easy and convenient, even if later in the evening. There was two ladies that checked us in and one of them continuously stared but whatever, it is what it is. The check in desk is at a completely different location than where we actually stayed, it was literally less than half a mile so it wasn’t a big deal. Finding the room: The parking garage is a challenge. It’s tight, and not convenient for large vehicles. I tried my hardest to park as close as I could to the actual rock walls in the garage to avoid getting my doors hit and scratched by other vehicles. The location: Very convenient. I walked 9 minutes to the strip from the actual hotel so that was really nice. The room: It could have been a tad bit cleaner but we all have our specific preferences on how clean we like things. We booked a king suite with a balcony and a jetted tub. The jetted tub was nice and had knobs to control how strong or how light you wanted the jets. The water was always hot and the water pressure was actually not bad. We had a thermostat in our unit and could conveniently change the setting. Overall 8/10
