The hotel was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of options. The 24-hour coffee and tea was very appreciated. Parking was super easy... level and no parking garage! Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was perfect and is located outside in a beautiful setting. My only suggestion is the rooms need dressers. There were only pull-out trays in a cabinet which were not enough for us to store our clothes. Would definitely stay here again though.

I liked the discount price I found on trivago for the 4 days/ 3 nights stay. The room was roomy yet cozy. It was clean and the trash, towels and toilet paper were refreshed everyday. The brealfast was excellent. There was some minor remodel dust, salt and brine residue and icey patches around the property. The heat and AC unit was a bit challenging to find a 'sweet spot' for the heat. Overall we had a wonderful time and experience! Thank ypu!

We enjoyed our four-night stay. Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Very much appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was just right in a beautiful setting. Parking was very convenient...level and not in a parking garage! My only suggestion is the rooms need dressers. There are only pull-out trays in a cabinet that doesn't fit very much.

I always love stay in the Hampton bc all the good they are ! But this time I was a little disappointed about the breakfast, I stayed for 4 days and was basic the same thing , like the other cheapest hotels and I asked the lady and she told me they don’t do more bc the hotel was full , in the first day I got it but the last 3 days the hotel wasn’t full ! But the overall was okay !

Excellent hotel 1/2 mile from main road through Gatlinbirg with all the shopping and restaurants you would want. Close to the national park entrance.

The hotel was very convenient. You could easily walk to the main strip or pick up the local free trolley right outside the hotel! The only thing I wish they provided was a dinner option.

This hotel was very convenient to downtown. It's within walking distance and of course the trolley also stops right in front of property. We loved our suite with a view of the creek. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We appreciated the free breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

We enhoyed our stay. The beds where very comfortable, wish the pillows wouldve been bigger and im allergic to down pillows. Other than that everything was exactly as they offered and didnt disappoint. I would definitely stay again. The night shift front desk lady was helpful but sidnt seem to like her job. Maybe find friendlier outgoing faces, and more approachable attitides
