Property overall is great. Breakfast, however, is subpar, especially for a Hilton property. A lot of "options", but at really poor quality, thick chunky oatmeal, cold mushy eggs,etc. Prepare to go get breakfast elsewhere.

Hotel was quiet but still within walking distance to strip. Hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast had good options with multiple sitting areas. Gym was in good condition and had extended hours. Location was great base for exploring Great Smoky National Park. Outdoor patio was a relaxing area with fire pits, hot tub and small creek. Even saw a couple young bears!

Nice clean Hotel and friendly staff. Everything was great. Nice size room, that fit wheelchair, rollator and luggage with plenty of space to move about. the only thing i didn't like around the property, was a big tree at entrance. Difficult to see street traffic when exiting the property.

Property was clean, comfortable & the location was great, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away to be able to relax. Staff was all wonderful & very helpful. My only “complaint” if it can be called that is the breakfast area is a little small for the number of rooms offered, we had to wait for a seat before we could eat.
