It is easily walkable to the main street in Gatlinburg and to the shops that are located there. There is also a very nice local park within 100 yards or so of the hotel. That park gave us a nice place to walk our dogs. Of course, we picked up after them. The hotel is pet friendly.

Clean quiet stay.
Everything was clean & quiet, you won’t need shampoos, shower goes, they use Dove brand, and they are in safe containers that are eco friendly. the only thing not pleasant was the breakfast, they need attendants who can make the food to standard like other Hampton hotels. The food is usually very good. Not here. Oh and you will most likely see bear activity here.

I loved the hotel, but thought the cleaning staff as a little rude. Got in the elevator 2 times and we were clearly packed in there and they did not move their carts and there was room. Something small, but effected my rating!!!

I stayed 4 days/nights... after runnjng around shopping, visiting, and taking in the sights of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Coming back to the room was really nice. The fire pit(s) and hot tub was the highlight of the trip. After a long day a soak in the hot tub, and then chilling out at the fire pit was amazing. Even made new friends, sitting out by the pit. I will definitely here on my next trip to the Smoky's!!!

Beds were terrible. Carpets filthy. Only thing good was the location. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Typically I always choose Hampton , but this one will be off the list.
