The facility was very nice! The outdoor area was also very nice. The only complaint I have is with the newTV system. It is basically unusable. It will take you about 30 minutes to set it up out. That was with the maintenance guy explaining what I had to do. If you did not have help: you may not figure it out

This is our second time staying at the hotel. It is a great location and with our balcony overlooking the patio area and flowing creek. It is amazing.

The trolly came right in front of the hotel. The back of the Hotel had ah spa tub outside on the porch, with seating & fire places. Right by the brook, beautiful & relaxing.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway. Very good breakfasts. In the evening you can relax in the jacuzzi. The only thing I would improve is to heat the water in the pool because in my opinion it was cold. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Family vacation

We loved our stay! The beds were comfy, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and not overcrowded, the area was safe and within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. There are multiple fire pits to sit outside and enjoy. The sound of water flowing next to us and birds chirping while relaxing the jacuzzi was our favorite part. We will definitely come back very soon.

We visited Gatlinburg for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was perfect for us because it was away from all the business Gatlinburg has to offer. The room was comfy and big. We had 6ppl in our trip and we were very comfortable in the room we were in. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and they had a decent selection for breakfast. They always had hot chocolate/tea and fruit infused water in the lobby for guests. Oh, they also have an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi near a fire pit. Very lovely!
