Overall, a great stay for a short 2 night vacation. Room was very spacious and we loved the breakfast. However, in the indoor pool, the glue/adhesive on the sides was all in the pool and it got all over my hands and feet. It was extremely hard to clean off. Other guests commented about the same thing. When my wife reported it to the front desk clerk, he basically said she would have to walk up the parking lot to the Holiday Inn and let them know since they were in charge of maintenance. A good employee would have picked up the phone and reported it to the right person. My wife said he acted like he didn’t really care. But other than that, great stay!

Loved our stay here . Even with a toddler it was safe and everyone was so nice . The only hiccup was there was a maintenance issue when we were leaving and we had to me moved . But they were so accommodating and made up for it thank you guys !

The stay was ok and nothing to write home about. It was quiet, convenient, and has everything you need. The reasoning behind the one star review is because of the undisclosed charges on my credit card after my stay. I knew that they put a small hold on my card once I gave it to them upon check in and that is completely normal, but I was not aware of the recurring charges during our stay that would amount up to over 100 dollars. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never ever had this happen and it was very shocking and I’m now looking into the matter. Just a heads up for anybody else choosing to stay here.

Check in is at 4. We got there mid-afternoon and the person on the desk was pretty blunt and said check in is at 4, you’ll have to come back. Most places will be a little more diplomatic. He did give us our parking pass early which was appreciated.

The pool was unexpectedly closed. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and the shower head was not the best. No pressure at all. Other than that it was great!! Breakfast was great also!!

The property was clean and bright. We booked it for the kids water park but it was closed for repairs which wasn’t indicated on either the hotels website or Expedia. Even though I booked the hotel through Expedia the hotel also collected payment so I am awaiting a refund.
