The property is conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. The bears stroll thru the parking lot in the evenings to say hi while you are chilling around the fire pit.

First I was to say this was the first time staying in a hotel for pleasure, in a long time. It was our Anniversary and we want to get away from the chaotic everyday life. In the past it had been for medical reasons or because family was sick and we were going to see them. The floor was definitely not clean. I don’t think it had ever been mopped unless it was with dirty mop water. I had bought new socks and put them on walked from the balcony door to the bathroom and back to the bed they were black. Not just dirty but actually black! There were yellow and black stains on the sheets they use to cover, what I am guessing is a duvet insert. They didn’t change our sheets the 3 nights we stayed they came in and made the beds replaced the towels and took out the trash and that was it. The air conditioner was not working properly we turned it on 61 just to get it a little cool in the room. The best part of our stay at this location was seeing the bear on the sidewalk at 4am and being close enough to the strip to walk everywhere.
