Beach Getaway in the Smoky Mountains

Great staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be not sure heater in room worked correctly. Room was plenty comfortable but woke up during the night and it felt it was the a/c on and not the heater. Too cold to use hot tub but looked very nice.

We really like staying here. Hotel is nice and inviting in a great location to walk to anything you need in Gatlinburg. Pricey but you choose to pay what it costs because it’s a great place. Would be great if they offered service discounts….ie medical, teacher, military.
