Worst stay in 30 years.

My room had no hot water. I stayed four nights and every day when i came back from a hike the hot water was out. Mold in the shower, hair in the bath tub, stain on the pillow case, exposed wires on the wall lamp, frayed carpet and paint flaking off the ceiling. I have photos but the app wouldn't upload them

Love the sound of the creek and its proximity to everything. You can park here and not need to worry about driving for your stay. The staff is very kind and even upgraded my room the night after I walked a sweet lady from the front desk from my room (she checked to make sure was ready for us) back to the front desk due to a bear in the parking lot having her scared. So nice of her to personally check the room before having us go to it. And this was at our 4am arrival and check in time. Super courteous and helpful. We’ve stayed her multiple times and will again in the future

Disgusting! Stay Away

Hotel was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I had to switch rooms 3 times. Each one was worse than the next. Stains on sheets. Blood on floor. Mildew in shower. Poop stains in toilet. Sticky substance on table. Elevator was broken so each time I had to lug my stuff up and down the stairs. The front desk was very helpful and said they would send housekeeping in the morning but I checked out right away. Could not spend another minute there. It’s a shame because the location is great. Right in downtown and a long a nice creek.

Overall it was a alright stay. Reserved a room with a jetted tub for a romantic weekend. Room had no jetted tub, called the front desk multiple times and no answer. I ended up just saying forget it cause it was 10 at night and I was ready to go to bed.

Place to sleep

You get what you pay for. I was travelling by myself. It was just a place to be able to sleep. I did book it because it had hot breakfast not just continental and the hot breakfast only consisted of eggs. There was no meat or hashbrowns. The showerhead, bad water pressure and took five minutes just to get some hot water, but eventually it came out.

Didnt like having to pay extra for parking. First room was not clean and patio door glass held in by spay foam. Toilet was stopped up. Childs ball in middle of floor. Did get new room but not like pictures at all. None of the elevators worked either

Super convenient location... BUT... it is not a nice facility. Very outdated and not kept up very well. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Lipstick on a pig is what i would call it! Very expensive for what it was. I guess price is for location not facility. I was pretty disappointed.

Location!

This hotel is in the perfect location. Located across from Ober Gatlinburg and next to the convention center as well. Walking distance to everything. We really enjoy the Creek under the balcony and they have a pretty good breakfast as well. It was our second time staying and we will be back again.
