The room had an old molded smell and the bathroom light had blown out and it literally took them two days to replace it. The free breakfast was horrible they only served mini muffins, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. We stayed on the hilltop and only had access to the main lobby if we drove down because the elevator was out of order. And was told not to leave any food in our vehicle because the black bears would destroy your car and retrieve the food. Downtown Gatlinburg is a wonderful location just don't stay at this particular hotel there under new management 🙄 and it's disappointing to find out after you have paid for your stay 😞

Creek was cool. Got stuck on the pet friendly side with people yelling all night. Room was not clean. Requested move and the manager obliged. 2nd room was much nicer. Breakfast food ran out every day, 30-45 minutes before closing.

Really liked stream on one side, hill view on other side, was able to park underneath, quiet, convenient to attractions. Only knock was floor should be wet mopped since sand or dirt was on it. Also, I plunged tub, plunger was in room. Fireplace had sketchy looking wiring to it. Otherwise, a really nice property. I would stay there again.

We checked out early. The key card to the room never worked. We were locked out of the room constantly. Towels smelled disgusting, breakfast was horrible, parking diffficult, and bears roam around area at night. They have warning signs to not go out at night.

Elevator did not making very difficult for 80 years old to care luggage up to second floor. Room was unclean with sh**t on the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was of very poor quality. Some of the worst I have experienced. Had to have the room key reset 3 times!!! The handyman was extremely helpful.

Our stay was excellent. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary. The location was right downtown, so we were in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was a little limited but it was ok. We even so a live bear that comes around at night (scary but cool).

We stay here often with our fur babies. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are dated but very, very clean! Best part is being on the strip and next to amazing restaurants

Heated Pool, Great Location, Great Price

The hotel is in a great location right on the parkway. I typically won't stay at a Quality Inn but decided to take the chance due to positive reviews, location and price. It is an older motel, but you can tell they have had recent renovations. The pool was heated and open until 11pm so we were able to take advantage of the pool this early in the season and relax after walking all day. I do wish the lights on the balconies shut off and our door to the balcony was very difficult to open but being right over the creek was beautiful.Overall, I would stay here again. It was great for the price.
