This is the most wonderful place to stay right off the highway. It is quiet, clean, has a wonderful breakfast, and the nicest staff. It is a family oriented and family run hotel, with a Christian kindness attitude. Lots of extra amenities including bottles of water, snacks, coffee, tea and candy. Also lots of personal amentites too, such as combs, toothbrush, sewing kit, etc. I love that it's safe and perfect if you are traveling alone, as well as with others. No other place compares to this and I have stayed here every year since its beginnig!

Room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed the whimsical snacks. Although the room didn’t smell at all, the carpet was damp underfoot, a bit uncomfortable.

Ripoff on the $10 food&beverage credit

Nice stay. Listed as a VIP property on hotels which supposedly included a $10 food and beverage credit. Asked front desk about the credit and was told it was placed in the room already. Received granola bar, small bag of peanuts and a water. Approximately $3-4 worth of snacks and drink.

Having allergies I was very thankful to have a place that did not allow pets ( except service animals). Management was on top of concerns. The soap/shampoo products are great smelling. The shower is wonderful and is equipped with a handrail. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. This property is a great place to rest and relax after fun day in East TN.
