Our stay was great. Parking was limited, but it is every where in Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean. The property was under construction and we understood that. This property does not have breakfast. It is a no frills hotel. They could do better at cleaning around the property. There was a lot of trash around the building especially the view from the balcony.

The hotel was very clean and the attendants were very friendly. We had a couple small issues arise and the staff’s response time was quick and very professional. The hotel was conveniently located near all the restaurants, shops and attractions and all walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Looking forward to coming back.
This property is dated and they are renovating however, the room was massive and had a balcony. Balcony was pointless as it looked straight at another building but still nice. The only complaint is they need more parking. Definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay
It was a last minute trip, and everything was great. Check in was fast and easy, and she was super nice. Housekeeping service was great. Convenient to town,and the price was great. My only thing was I wished the water was a bit hotter for a shower, but it wasnt a deal breaker.We are already planning a trip back to stay for the holidays, and will stay again!
