Great location. trolley out front. Can see Skywalk from hall window. Didnt like balcony view of convention center wall. Or that we had a connecting room we didnt request and ice machine across from us. No breakfast. Housekeeper entered room while i was in room and again bfre we checked out on day of departure. Parking was first come first serve. Pool was nice but water bit murky. Would stay here again because of location.

I stayed for two nights here. The renovated rooms are nice and comfortable. The first night the bathtub had some weird dirt on but i had a feeling it was a one off thing, so i booked a different room for the next night and it was great. I left my charger in the room and the first person i reached out was not helpful at all and said come back tomorrow, and the next morning the staff at reception was really helpful. So my guess is they have some employees who want to do their job well and some not so much, its a great place to stay otherwise for sure.

Not a fan of Gatlinburg overall, but this hotel was perfect for our needs in visiting the Smokies. The hotel was only a few blocks from the Gatlinburg side entrance to the park. It was affordable, clean (on the interior and in our rooms), and had parking. The parking area had debris and the common areas of the interior were a little dated but those were minor inconveniences. There was plenty of dining options around the hotel so we only needed to drive to the park and back to the hotel vs navigating Gatlinburg. The hotel staff were good. The room was made up with toiletries and such replenished. The only minor hiccup was that they forgot to restock coffee - but immediately corrected it. Next time we plan to stay in Cherokee or Townsend as Gatlinburg was too busy for us. But if you want to see the Smokies and want to stay in Gatlinburg, this hotel was perfect.

Patrick was awesome! Our reservation was confirmed but the room we booked was not available. He called us and told us we could get our money back or he could upgrade us to a suite. We chose the upgrade. We were on an anniversary trip. The room and the service was awesome! Location of the hotel is great. Will stay here again.

Maintenance was great! Really nice guys. I did not like the fact I had to clean the AC filters, they were absolutely gross with thick caked on crap! Check your filters so you aren’t breathing in dirty air. No option to attach photo. Other than that, everything was great. BOLO at 7 pm to see the bear walking along the property.
