I liked the balcony and the beds were comfortable. Shower was clean. Good amount of space and extra sink was nice to have. Air conditioner until was loud and made rattling noise which made it hard to fall asleep and interrupted sleep every night. Had spiders in our room and one night i woke up in middle of the night to find a cocroach crawling under my shirt.

Rooms need soundproofing

Service was friendly. Location is walkable to Gatlinburg attractions. Bed was comfortable. What more do you want? Quiet. That's what you want and this place didn’t have it. Our room had an adjourning room. In that room was a family of 4. Boy (Kyler or Tyler) and a younger girl(Cammie). I never met them. I know their names from the mom yelling them in the room until after midnight. Of course, they yelled back. The boy also had a large superball that he bounced on the wall between our rooms. The worst was them opening their door between our rooms and then trying the knob to come in our room, only to have mom slam the door. Dad was in the shower the whole time. ("Just wait until your dad is done with his shower.) And when Mom wasn't looking Kyler would do something to bully his sister and make her whine or cry. He would laugh maniacally. Mom would scold the girl. And I could hear all this in the room next door.

Everything was good! My only complaint is that the A/C unit would stop running at night and we’d wake up to a room that’s 76 degrees. We asked the front desk about it and they didn’t really do anything so we didn’t sleep very well. Know that breakfast is only grab and go and they don’t have a kitchen. Otherwise, the place was clean and enjoyable.

This place is amazingly clean and is a great place to stay! My wife and I love how good the room smelt when we walked in. This property is 0.7 miles away from Anakeesta (bonus)! All in all would stay again. Staff is super friendly and accommodating!

The property is aged. A smell was in the room; maybe add an air freshener. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not refilled but empty. Our room card was left out requesting towels, shampoo, coffee, etc for 5 people but it was not replaced. My husband had to go down and retrieve the items on two separate days. The staff was very nice overall. I believed they were understaffed. No big deal as we didn’t mind requesting our own items. I will say the location is perfect for entering and exiting the city and GSM.

There is only grab and go breakfast. There are way better properties in the area that have full breakfast and cleaner. The rooms smelled like marijuana. There were rusty razors in the bathtub. The sheets on the bed had blood stains on them. We did ask to change rooms, which they let us change. The room we were moved to was about the same.

Awesome location, convenient to ride to the Smokies as well as explore Gatlinburg. Room service was great, everything was neat and tidy, there was a pool. The only complaint that I had was the breakfast not reaching my level of expectation. It was mostly readymade food. Otherwise, would absolutely recommend this for a long stay!

What i didn't like is no where in the pay at site did it show a $100 deposit so that is a unexpected fund we had to come up with it would have been nice to know a head of time. So only stayed one night and went and got another hotel which was cheaper and had no deposit at all.

Great stay. The staff was so nice. Check-in was a breeze. The location was fantastic! Loved the grab and go breakfast, so many selections. Not a new Inn but was kept up nicely. Would definitely stay here again .
