The room had the odor of a laundry basket. The humidity in the room was off the charts. My wife has a medical device which talks with her phone for insulin dispersal and she could not keep the internet hooked up. The whole stay at clarion was bunk. And the only reason I picked that hotel was because of the rating Expedia gave me on the web site. And probably the worst part of the stay was the mattress it was hard and wore out. If it wasn’t for the area of Sevierville and pigeon forge this vacation was a bust. What a terrible stay.

Property was very affordable yet safe, clean, and gave me what i needed in a nights stay. The only thing negative was something they could not control and that was the loud traffic outside. They gave us ear plugs so they knew this could be an issue and i appreciate the attempt to help.

Property was convenient to the activities we had planned and relatively clean as a whole. Beds were fine and comfortable. Biggest problem was the odor in some of our rooms; our room had a strong bleach smell. Not sure if because the hotel is pet-friendly but may use stronger cleaning products for that reason.
