We didn't end up staying here. Our room smelled like pee, it was dirty. The sofa bed looked very old and worn. The kitchen floor had thick scum (dont know what it was) in the middle of the floor. It had a very creepy vibe. Very old and dated and dirty!

Great value

This is an older property that has been renovated. Everything worked and the unit was clean. Location is great. A short walk to the main Gatlinburg Blvd. Overall it was a good value for the price. We would go back. Staff was exceptionally nice.

Worth the money

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room above us had a water leak and it had effected the carpet in our room. They handle the problem in a timely manner. I wish there had been a light switch to turn off the balcony light. Location was excellent and plenty of parking. Will stay here again.

New favorite hotel in the smokies

Fantastic value and located right next to the smoky mountain national park. Absolutely loved the room and balcony, it quickly became my favorite hotel to stay at in the smokies. Don’t let the price of the room fool you, it’s a FANTASTIC value!

They did have a hot breakfast option and seating was good for the breakfast area. The room was nice enough but I noticed ants at the sink and the door to the balcony would not open. Overall I thought it was an okay hotel but not an excellent or very good. I believe the price I paid for the room matched what it was worth.
