Every thing was great.the pool was really nice but the hot tub went down at around 10:00.the room was nice and comfy.The breakfast was good so was lunch.the elevators looked really cool too.the slide was cool too.I also liked the view at the tenth floor.

When we got to our hotel our reservations had been canceled on the hotel's end. We had to rebook our hotel through them. I paid for a full mountain view through Expedia, and when rebooking, our view looks like a partial mountain view.

I LOVE this hotel location and the people that work there are lovely. It is a beautiful hotel. There was mold in the bath tub though which was a concern, and there were about 20 teenagers running around and hopping on and off of the elevators playing some kind of game. I get it, they were just letting loose, but every time we tried to use the elevator it was a problem. The parents should have been monitoring, but since they weren't I feel the staff could have said something to the teens and or parents. The teens were literally jumping out of the elevator and pushing the button to shut the door and then hopping back in before doors shut so that no one else could get on. It was frustrating. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel. The pool area is outstanding!

The Park Vista is a very good place to stay. The rooms are a little dated, but spacious and clean. We had two king beds with a mountain view which was spectacular. The hotel is convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice to be a bit away from the business of town. Room was clean. Hotel could use some updates. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a blast with the slide.
