Great Customer Service

The customer service and care was excellent. I had a couple of minor issues- we could not get the TV to work. Sent a text to customer care and help was at the door within 5 min. Needed extra blankets and again, sent a text and someone was at the door with them. The service was excellent. This is also a child friendly resort. Perfect for families so expect to here little feet running around & a few cries throughout the night. This is not for adults only. I will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at The Resort. The location is very convenient, a lot of food places nearby, but if you want to cook, there is a kitchen fully equipped for you to do so. Kids enjoyed the waterpark so much. Will definitely come back.

This is a fun family friendly resort and we loved bringing the kids there when they were young and now bringing our grandchildren. It's even bigger and better now than when we brought our children years ago.
