This is a great family property. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are great. We have a family of five and we fit in the two bedroom unit perfectly. My kids loved the pools and it’s great because there are both indoor and outdoor pools.

I took my Granddaughters here for spring break, when reservations were made, it didn't state that parts of the water park wd not be operating. If planning to stay here, note that you need to bring your own dishwashing liquid, washing powders,and dishwasher tabs. I had never stayed at a condo that did not have these. The couch is very uncomfortable. The condo is a little dated which is not a big deal to me.

Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. Suite was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was great; like 10 minutes to Dollywood and 30ish minutes to Smoky Mtn Nationa Park.

Fixtures broken, lights flickering, pull out bed EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Caulking or fixing around the bathroom. One of the indoor slides were broke. Just light cosemetic issues Hot tub was nice! Kids liked the pool (but they like every pool) the regular beds were pretty comfy. Full size fridge, microwave, dishes, table were nice. Nice and spacious. We didnt hear any other families at all. We didnt do any of the activities there, but it looked fun!

This place keeps my kids busy! There is one elevator that is being worked on. Im disabled and it was very hard walking all the way to the other elevator. Also my kids were looking forward to putt putt and were very disappointed. The green was ripped all to pieces so we couldnt play. There is also a dump beside it and the dump trucks make it very noisy. Other than that, we had an amazing trip.

This is an older property that is being renovated. I had no issue with this at all, because my suite was so CLEAN. I really appreciated how clean the property was. The front desk staff was friendly and goes over everything in great detail. Everything you could want within a short driving distance, and several options within walking distance(restaurants, a winery, fun things to do, shops). The gym on property isn’t much, and that would have made my stay perfect. But I would stay here again, and highly recommend this property!
