Ideal location for access to north terminal. Excellent reception. Room clean and warm. Evening food offered was fine. Waiting and bar staff excellent.although early departure was too early for full breakfast, we were able to have cereal,fruit salad,croissants toast an drinks at 4am. Excellent stay !

Ideal if you had an early morning flight from gatwick. The direct passage to the north terminal was short and simple. The restaurant at the hotel was not bad - food was decent and of good value. Would stay there again if I had an early flight to catch

There’s about 5 things on the menu, 2 of which are veggie, both unavailable so had to have sides as my main, which is usually fine but it was oven baked garlic bread slices probably from Aldi and some soggy inedible sweet potato fries so £17 for that was insane. Then I get to my room and the bed is so loud, any slight movement it made a loud creeking noise and it wasn’t even comfortable, slept about 4 hours so was very grumpy for my flight. It’s also super inconvenient that the only way in or out is through the airport, why don’t they have a separate exit? Overall not a good stay, wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent staff in the reception, very friendly and professional. Very clean rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Could do with just a couple more options at breakfast like fresh bread. Can't beat it's convenience - it's meters away from easyJet north terminal check-in and departures. Will definitely consider staying for future visits.

Was a very quick stay as flight was 6am - hotel was very handy, clean and quiet enough to sleep, with a very polite receptionist when checking in. Bar and restaurant was very busy and they seemed a little overwhelmed - might have been as it was the start of the Xmas rush
