I had requested a room with a bathtub as per what each room has and there was no bathtub. I had already unpacked by time I discovered this and as was a one night stay I didn’t lion to change but just disappointed.

Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations. The hotel room was clean, staff is professional and friendly, and the location is so convenient. My only complaints are the walls are thin and could easily hear phone conversations in the room next to me. Also, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I don’t have back issues, but I actually experienced back muscle spasms after sleeping in the bed a few hours. I haven’t experienced back spasms in many years and fortunately, haven’t experienced anymore since the night at the hotel.

Extremely difficult to find after landing at North Terminal. No signage. No indication of need to take shuttle to progress to South Terminal. No staff on airport help desks. To read signage for all hotels you need powerful binoculars. Took 60 minutes from baggage collection to arrival at Hilton. When there excellent service.

Signage from Rail station to Hilton not very clear need more arrows pointing to Hilton. Had to ask several times. Could also include a variety of cheaper options for breakfast.

Perfect overnight stay
Overnight stay before an early morning flight. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Ate in the Sports Bar which was nice. Very quiet and a five minute walk to the terminal - perfect!

Very convenient for Gatwick train station

Hairs in the shower. Rubbish on the floor. Noisy air con unit that we struggled to get to sleep. Tired, drab room with uncomfortable bed. Would not stay here again. What a waste of £140.
