Very convenient when you have an early flight out of LGW North Terminal. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it was really quite dismal. It may have only been this room but still.........

Our flight was cancelled and when we reached out to the hotel for a refund or a credit, they said, NO! We will never book a room with this chain or any affiliated properties in the future. If you booked through an outside agency as we did, hotels never help, using the excuse that an outside company was used to book the room. Now we'll see if Expedia does anything for us.

Fantastic location and great rate for such convenience. Our room was very small with a fold up bed squeezed in to allow a family of four to stay, but it was only for one night and the room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It’s busy but well organized and we found staff to help us check in because the machines didn’t work for us (with an Expedia booking number and Canadian postcode). The restaurant was also convenient with family friendly diversity, your basic food quality. We were prompted to book a table and glad we did - it’s big but busy! Suited our needs perfectly for a good rate so we would stay again.
