Perfect gataway close to outlet
It was a great find, not far from outlet and seemed like in the middle of the Italian fields. We were 4 people - we got 2 room apartment with kitchen and balcony. It was clean and comfortable. And breakfast with amazing views. Awesome find for this price, as a gataway from crowds. Good parking. There was no aircondtition, but there was a fan. So It was confortable to sleep. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel with good free parking.
What a fantastic hotel !!!staff fantastic and helpful. Very Good food . !!! And not expensive like in town .. breakfast very good to. I was working in MG outlet about 15mins away . If you are looking for the hotel go to Gavi town public swimming pool wich is at the bottom of town there a road by the right side that go's up the hill to the white church . halfway up the hill on the left . Is a little road with a lit sign to the hotel. Lots to do in Gavi and shopping in serravalle outlets. I will be back!!! Thank you !!! 5#

Lovely romantic evening setting.
Great place. Only had one night while traveling through Italy but wished we'd had longer. Beautiful place. Great views. Comfortable room,very spacious with separate living room. Dinner was superb. Had drinks and appetizers on the terrace lounge chairs before dining on terrace. Beautiful place. Great family run old chateau,would go out of my way to stay again

Great hotel
Fabulous facility, in an awesome location and the best staff ever. In a very quiet country setting with views to die for. Staff is bi-lingual, speaking very good English, which is very helpful for US travelers who do not speak Italian. The room we had was spacious and well appointed. Only downside is that there is no coffee maker or kettle for early risers to have coffee.

This family operated hotel is located in a beautiful area with amazing views, all while being very accessible. The rooms are clean, organized and spacious. You can see the care that is placed in every little detail. Service and staff are honestly the best experienced during my entire trip.

Beautiful out the way location.
Really nice tranquil location. A little hard to reach but the owners sent detailed driving instructions out to us before departure. My friend and I stayed as a stop-off between locations but it is the type of place that I could imagine a couple who want to get away from the hustle and bustle would really enjoy.

Best place to stay!!
This is the place you want to be staying at when in Gavi or doing your shopping at the outlets near by. They also have a 10% discount coupon that they offer for the outlets so ask them about it if you go to the outlets near by.

Good clean and quiet place with fantastic views
We had a problem finding the place but when we did we were very pleased with the place and the position it held overlooking a beautiful valley. The service was good and the people in reception were very pleasant offering us a welcome glass of wine. The room was spacious with cooking facilities if required. We would recommend this place to anyone for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

This was just a one night stopover. Everything was lovely. The views from the room were stunning. The staff were so helpful. The only down side was the restaurant was a bit pricy.

Fantastic family residence
Fantastic. We had a short stay at the residence on the way from Florence to Milan, and were very much happy with the stay. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a family stay. A five star. Not an easy access though, even if you had a car you would have to pay a close attention to get there. Perhaps a bigger signage for direction would help the guests. The staff speaks good English and was very, very helpful.

Spacious apartment in quiet area good for families
We booked/paid for quad. 3 sets of towels. Reception quickly brought us a 4th set. Bathroom had no shower gel/soap. We thought another oversight. Imagine our surprise when told not provided for quad rooms as usually for long stay customers. Told to drive to Gavi to buy - at 8pm on a Sunday. We had been in Italy more than a week and this was first place without basic bath soap. Glad we were staying only 1 night as the bedroom was stuffy even after opening window. Restaurant was closed so we drove up the hill to a trattoria. Good food but pricey. Breakfast next morning was nice with warm fresh croissants. We asked for driving direction to nearby fort. Was told that fort is not always opened and not sure if opened that Monday morning. We wondered if the info was available on the Internet. We got a little lost finding the road up to the fort and stopped at a hotel in Gavi town square to ask. The person not only gave us directions but also volunteered immediately that the fort is closed on Mondays. Hotel looks nice - if we are ever in the area again, we would rather stay at the Albergo Costello.
