Very convenient for the old town and lots of places of interest.Plenty of restaurants , cafes and bars close by. Hotel itself was very clean and well maintained with pleasant and helpful staff. Only slight negative was the pool-rather small, crowded and not a relaxing experience. I’d give it a miss, there’s plenty to do without packing a costume!

Clean, comfortable and friendly. This hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and spacious. We weren’t able to use the spa facilities but they seemed lovely. Would recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a hotel in Gdansk

We had a wonderful time during our 4-night stay. The rooms were impressively clean and featured a modern design that added to our comfort and convenience. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good variety, with something to suit most tastes. Whether you preferred light and healthy options or heartier fare, there was plenty to choose from. While our overall experience with the staff was fine, we felt that a warmer and more welcoming attitude could have made our stay even better. A touch of friendliness would have enhanced the sense of hospitality.

The perfect hotel for my husband and I. On the quieter side of town but within 2/3 minutes you are right in the busy area with lots of eateries and shops. The hotel was very clean and our room was immaculate. Our room was opposite the elevator and we were worried about noise but no need. The room was very quiet even when staying over the busy weekend. You need to request service to clean the room and we just clicked the button on the touch screen, when we came back one afternoon the room had fresh towels and the bed made. The pool was also lovely and very clean. It gets very very busy with children but we still managed to find space to sit and read. I do think the staff could check on the behaviour of some of the children. A boy was left unattended by his parents and he was throwing a ball everywhere (hitting people numerous times). The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would stay again and recommend. Improvements: - As the hotel is a spa hotel I think some body/hand lotion would be nice in the room. - Children times in the pool instead of adult only pool times. I think this would fit the “spa and wellness” image of the hotel better.

Lovely hotel located in old town. Everything you need is in walking distance. Large rooms, and very clean. Nice shower room, no additional toiletritother than shower gel and shampoo Breakfast was really good with lots of hot and cold options. Lots of healthy options too. We had a double room yet it had two single quilts, which was odd ?. Light switches were confusing. Just trying to turn the lights off to go to sleep generated a light show lol

Hotel is lovely and ideal location for Gdańsk old town. Lovely rooms with a balcony and breakfast catered for all needs. We had a late check out as our flight was 11pm and there is a secure luggage room to hold our cases so we could still make the most of our last day. We used it in the swimming pool where there is a lovely jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They even had umbrellas you can use which we needed as it was raining. If you are getting a taxi to the airport the reception staff will order one which is 99 zloty and takes approximately 25 mins. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel which was recommended to us

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with an extensive range of items. The pool was rather small and overly crowded. The location of this hotel was very convenient, perfect walking distance to the city center.

This property was absolutely amazing. The pool and spa were amazing. The room was clean and the hotel was near everything in Gdańsk. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.
