Staff very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location. Comfortable room. Only negative is the air-conditioning system: you're unable to keep the air-conditioner on cool, it will automatically change to heating based on the external temperature, which meant the room was quite stuffy. Reception staff loaned us a fan, which was a lifesaver.

I booked two rooms and we both woke in the morning saying we roasted all night. No such thing as aircon if you want a temp lower than 19 There is no aircon, and the rooms are hot!! The parking charge was a suprise. The buffet breakfast was a bit of a disappointment

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool could have had some more water in it, it was well below the first step and made it very hard to get in and out of there, especially with children. Otherwise, overall great
