This hotel had great service, and the breakfast each morning was great! But, as far as the rooms… terrible! Bugs, drain was always clogged,,And the hallways didn’t have air conditioning! I’ll never stay here again!

The front desk staff were amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The young lady was super professional and helped me with all my questions. Check-out was also super smooth. The only thing that I did not like was the breakfast food was cold, like really cold. I read this in previous reviews and thought that they would have corrected this problem. The only way to get hot food is to make your own toast and order an omelette.

The only thing that I did not like was the waiters at breakfast kept flirting with my daughters during their breakfast. Both girls are teenagers and it made them very very uncomfortable. I understand they might be trying to be friendly, but it should not get to the point of making the guests uncomfortable.

It's an okay hotel. Dated but properly maintained. The room was roomy and clean. Grounds and surroundings also clean. However, the front desk staff needs to all be fired. They lack the most basic manners, to be nice and friendly, to their customers. Replace them all and the hotel's ratings would go up for sure. Hope management is reading this!

The hotel sits on the primary road access going through town. The front desk staff was not accommodating nor helpful when travel plans dictated early departure. As long as you don't change the system, come and go on time, do not need anything; you should be fine. If you are a business traveler, this is not a good hotel to stay in.

Made a minor mistake for not saying 2 person, which carries a fee if done at the hotel. Was charged extra because of this mistake. Make sure to double check you get this correct- there will be no sympathy at the hotel. If you do 2 people on expedia You will not be charged the Extra. Hotel staff is very nice overall as always- only problem is the hotel is highly dated- needs overall update.
