Funky hotel , clean & tidy , compact rooms

Hotel was located close to shops, bars , restaurants & a few minutes from the waterfront. We only stayed 1 night so a brief stay. We booked a room with a water view, it really was a tiny view. Wouldn't pay extra tbh The room was funky & modern and the bathroom was almost like a glass/plastic cubicle with changing lights. The bed was clean, comfy & lovely pillows however it was up against the window so one of you would have to jump over the other to use the loo in the night. It was also quite high . Room controlled by iPad & quite compact. Perfect for 1 /2 nights but no room if you had a big suitcase. Didn't have brekky , grabbed a cuppa. Staff help you check in & we're helpful as were bar members.

First visit to a CitizenM hotel... had to get used to the room layout. More suited to single visitor than couple as the bed in my room was fitted between two walls. You had to be Houdini to access the toilet... but was well equipped and funky

Great hotel, but tiny rooms

This hotel is very modern and the staff was young, energetic and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It’s in a good location, at the foot of the Old Town and one block from the lake. My only complaint is that our room was TINY, with almost no storage, and was too tight for two people.

On the way to Zermatt via Geneva

Hotel and co working space eloped in one. Very creative use of small rooms, king bed very comfortable. Great location in heart of the old city, never had to walk more than 15 minutes for anything. Took bus from airport which took 22 minutes and dropped you 1/2 block away,
